juice of 1 lime, divided
kosher salt, to taste
arugula, chopped1cup

In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with dressing, red pepper flakes, half of the lime juice and salt to taste.
In another medium bowl, toss together the arugula, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, remaining lime juice and salt to taste.
Spread the avocado mixture on the bread, garnish with the salsa and serve.
