In truth, it's always the ones that proclaim the loudest, to be the realest, that really be the fakest MFs walking. And if the liar is also narcissistic, then most likely, that person is incapable of even keeping shit 25%. No cap.
Most people haven't taken the time to "learn themselves". How can you become your "authentic self" if you don't know who the genuine you is? To become your Authentic Self, you have to know what "Self" is? Long story, short: learn YOURSELF. Learn yourself with the purpose in mind to completely and unconditionally, love YOURSELF...stretch marks and all! :)
What does it mean to be your authentic self?
- Being your authentic self, is simply being true to YOU. When you're true to yourself, you won't compromise pleasing others over yourself. Of course, every situation calls for a different action. Occasionally, you may want to place someone else's happiness over your own. But that should NOT be the norm.
- Another facet of being your authentic self is, KNOWING who you ARE and who you're NOT. This is why it is of great importance to learn thyself. Once you've attained enlightenment on who you are, you wont want to waste time being a "Pretender". No need to pretend, when you already know what it is! You just gotta let other MFs know, by taking steps to protect your energy and setting boundaries.
Awareness of self, slowly transmutes into "Love of Self'. You learn what you will, and will not tolerate from others. And you set boundaries to protect your energy. Period. Because now, "Love of Self" is your guide. You won't tolerate being handled with anything less than love, respect and decency. As you should...
Being your authentic self is also being your True Self. Learn what works for "you" in life, regardless of what others think of you. Once you learn, implement that shit. Once you implement that shit, stand ten toes down on that shit! Period. Vibe high baby!
